Yes, there is.
All of our Flexible Hourly Plans come with a minimum monthly usage requirement. If you haven’t used up the required number of hours, the system will charge the monthly minimum. If you've used more, only your actual usage will be deducted — no double counting.
At minimum, we charge 10, 25 or 50 hours/month for the 100, 250 or 500 Hours plan respectively.
This means:

If you're on the 100 Hours plan, a minimum of 10 hours will be deducted each month.

On the 250 Hours plan, the monthly minimum is 25 hours.

With the 500 Hours plan, it’s 50 hours per month.
These minimum hours are automatically deducted at the end of each month, even if not fully used.
In some cases, if minimum usage was not deducted in earlier months, the system may apply those deductions retroactively as part of standard monthly processing.
