After clicking 'Connect' in the AppOnFly portal, if you encounter a message like this for more than one minute:
Follow these steps:
Make sure your VPS is Running
- Log in to your AppOnFly portal.
- Check if your VPS is "Running".
- If it is not running, turn it on with the Power-on button and wait until it is "Running".
- Click the Connect button and wait for the connection. It may take up to 60 seconds to connect.
If this did not help, try to restart the VPS:

- Log in to your AppOnFly portal.
- Turn your VPS off with the Power-on button and wait until it is "Stopped".
- Turn your VPS on with the Power-on button and wait until it is "Running".
- Click the Connect button and wait for the connection. It may take up to 60 seconds to connect.
